Imagine Asia Co., Ltd. (Hangul: ???? ??????), formerly known as Wellmade Star M and Wellmade Yedang, is a management agency in South Korea that was established in 1976. Its subsidiary agencies include Dream Tea Entertainment, YMC Entertainment, BLUE STAR Entertainment, and Happy Face Entertainment.

History
The company was founded in 1976 as Banpo Industries, an industrial tent manufacturer that was previously headquartered at Seongnam in Gyeonggi Province. In 2000, the company name was changed to Banpo Tech.
Banpo Tech merged in 2006 with Star M Entertainment, becoming Star M Co. Ltd. Among the first artists in the its roster were actors Shin Min-a, Jang Dong-gun and Hyun Bin. The company was listed on KOSDAQ in 2007.
In 2008, the company name was again changed, to Wellmade Star M. Its headquarters were moved to Gangnam District, Seoul.
In 2013, Wellmade Star M acquired Girl's Day's agency Dream Tea Entertainment. In 2014, it merged with Yedang Company to form Wellmade Yedang. In 2015, the company acquired 80% of YMC Entertainment, and also acquired BLUE STAR Entertainment.
In 2016, Wellmade parted with Yedang Company, and its name was changed to Imagine Asia, Co., Ltd.

Happy Face Entertainment is a South Korean entertainment agency established by Ahn Myung-won and Kim Young-deuk, better known as the music production duo E-Tribe, on August 15, 2008. On May 4, 2011, it was announced that Happy Face Entertainment would be merging with Y-WHO Enterprise, small entertainment agency founded by ex-4men member and current Vibe member, Yoon Min-soo.
